OakTree Aviation Services maintains offices in Central and Southern California — Exeter and Burbank. This dual-location presence allows us to respond quickly to inspection requests throughout the state and deploy efficiently for nationwide assignments. Rick Rossner — Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser
Rick Rossner brings over 30 years of professional aviation experience to every appraisal assignment. His background spans aircraft valuation, brokerage, and corporate aviation management — giving him a depth of practical knowledge that informs every inspection and value conclusion.
Rick is a Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser through the Professional Aircraft Appraisal Organization (PAAO) and maintains current USPAP certification through the Appraisal Foundation. All appraisals are developed under his direct supervision, ensuring a consistent methodology and reporting quality across all assignments.
