Why Local Presence Matters
Inspection logistics, regional market familiarity, and local availability are critical considerations for banks, attorneys, and fiduciaries when selecting an aircraft appraiser. While we serve clients nationwide, Southern California assignments benefit from local inspection capability combined with a national market perspective — particularly for banks and lenders headquartered outside the region.
With more than 30 years of aviation experience and offices in both Central and Southern California, we are positioned to respond quickly to inspection requests across the region.

FAQs
How do I get started?
1
Provide the aircraft make and model, airframe total time, location, and intended use (financing, estate, legal, donation, etc.), and we will respond with next steps and a fee quote.
How long does an appraisal take?
2
Turnaround depends on the assignment's complexity, aircraft type, and any additional research required. As a general guideline, certified appraisals are typically completed within 1–2 business days, and USPAP-compliant appraisals within 2–3 business days after inspection and receipt of records.
Is an on-site inspection required?
3
Yes. The Professional Aircraft Appraisers Organization requires that all aircraft appraisals include an on-site inspection. This requirement adds credibility and defensibility to every report we deliver.
